Article L1254-4 of the French Labour Code

I.-The purpose of working for the client company may not be to:

1° To replace an employee whose employment contract has been suspended as a result of a collective labour dispute ;

2° To carry out certain particularly dangerous work included in the list provided for in article L. 4154-1, unless an exemption is provided for in the same article.

II – The duration of this service may not exceed thirty-six months.

I.-La prestation dans l’entreprise cliente ne peut avoir pour objet :

1° De remplacer un salarié dont le contrat de travail est suspendu à la suite d’un conflit collectif de travail ;

2° D’effectuer certains travaux particulièrement dangereux figurant sur la liste prévue à l’article L. 4154-1 sauf dérogation prévue au même article.

II.-La durée de cette prestation ne peut excéder la durée de trente-six mois.
