Article A212-42 of the French Sports Code

In accordance with articles R. 335-6 and R. 335-7 of the Education Code, candidates must draw up an application file, enclosing supporting documents attesting to the duration and nature of their experience, and submit it to the regional directorate for youth, sport and social cohesion in their place of residence, in accordance with the conditions set out in the fifth paragraph of II of the aforementioned article R. 335-7.

Article A212-42-1 of the French Sports Code

The candidate sends his/her validation file to the regional director of youth, sport and social cohesion responsible for organising the jury for the diploma in question. The file may only be dealt with by one jury. Following the jury’s decision in the event of non-validation or partial validation, the candidate may submit a new application for a new jury session date.

Article A212-43-2 of the French Sports Code

Any complete validation file submitted by a candidate no later than two months before the date of the jury must be presented by the regional director of youth, sports and social cohesion on the date of the nearest assessment session of the competent jury. For organisational reasons, the regional director may postpone the presentation of this file until the next jury session.
