Shares may not be pledged as collateral. Their nominal value may not be less than 15. Shares representing contributions in kind are non-transferable and are cancelled if the holder loses his status as a partner for any reason whatsoever.

At least half the nominal value of shares representing cash contributions must be paid up at the time of subscription. The remainder is paid up in one or more instalments, either on the dates stipulated in the Articles of Association or by decision of the General Meeting.
