Section 4: Common provisions

The Public Prosecutor’s Office may produce before the court seised, notwithstanding legislative provisions to the contrary, any investigation reports or minutes in its possession, the production of which is useful to the resolution of the dispute.

The court seised may order the dissemination, by any appropriate means, of information to the public of the judgment rendered.
