Article L615-2 of the French Consumer Code

If a mediator does not meet the conditions required by this Title, the Commission d’évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation shall refuse to include him on the list provided for by Article L. 615-1. If he is already registered and no longer meets these conditions or does not comply with his obligations, the commission may decide to remove the person concerned from the list.
