If a mediator does not meet the conditions required by this Title, the Commission d’évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation shall refuse to include him on the list provided for by Article L. 615-1. If he is already registered and no longer meets these conditions or does not comply with his obligations, the commission may decide to remove the person concerned from the list.

The Minister responsible for the economy, the Minister responsible for consumer affairs, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, approved consumer protection associations or professional organisations may refer to the Commission any mediation practice or any condition for exercising the activity of mediator considered to be contrary to the provisions of this Title.It may also refer matters to itself.The Commission shall give its opinion within a maximum of three…
