Violation of the prohibitions provided for in second paragraph of Article L. 643-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros.

Violation of the prohibitions set out in article L. 432-2 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros.

Violation of the prohibitions set out in article L. 432-4 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros.

In the event of conviction for the offences punishable under articles L. 453-1 to L. 453-8, the court may also order the judgment to be displayed and distributed under the conditions set out in article 131-35 of the Penal Code.
