Chapter IV: Provisions relating to certain establishments

Establishments treating foodstuffs intended for human or animal consumption by ionising radiation are subject to approval by the administrative authority under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.However, approval is not required when these establishments treat foodstuffs by ionising radiation, the list of which is defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat. .
