Section 3: Delivery, supply and transfer of risk

Where the trader has not reimbursed all of the sums paid by the consumer under the conditions set out in article L. 216-7, this sum is automatically increased by 10% if repayment is made no later than fourteen days after this deadline, by 20% up to thirty days and by 50% thereafter .
