Subsection 4: Performance of the contract

Information on the conditions and procedures for cancelling services and, where appropriate, returning equipment, shall be communicated to the consumer in a direct, easily accessible manner and without the need for the consumer to contact the supplier, so that it does not constitute an obstacle to switching supplier.
