The period referred to in article L. 222-7 runs from the day on which : 1° The distance contract is concluded; 2° The consumer receives the contractual terms and conditions and the information in accordance with Article L. 222-6, if the latter date is later than that mentioned in 1° of this article.

The consumer credit agreements provided for in Chapter II of Title I of Book III may not, even with the consumer’s agreement, begin to be performed during the first seven days, except in the case of the assigned credit agreements referred to in Article L. 222-11, which may not begin to be performed during the first three days.

The supplier shall reimburse the consumer as soon as possible and no later than thirty days for all sums received from the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the amount mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 222-13.
