Article L221-27 of the French Consumer Code

Exercising the right of withdrawal terminates the parties’ obligation either to perform the distance or off-premises contract or to conclude it where the consumer has made an offer. Exercising the right to withdraw from a main distance or off-premises contract automatically terminates any ancillary contract, at no cost to the consumer other than those provided for in articles L. 221-23 to L. 221-25.
