If the provisions of articles L. 122-17 and L. 122-18 is punishable by a fine of 300,000 euros. The amount of the fine may be increased, in a manner proportionate to the benefits derived from the offence, to 10% of average annual turnover, calculated on the last three annual turnover figures known on the date of the offence.
