The creditor shall ensure that the information sheets provided for in articles L. 312-12 and L. 313-7 as well as the credit offers and agreements provided for in articles L. 312-13, L. 312-28 and L. 313-24 that it provides to its customers meet the accessibility requirements for disabled persons set out in article L. 412-13.
