This list of candidates is composed, for each organisation, in such a way that the difference between the number of women and men among the number of councillors appointed to each council is no greater than one or, where the list includes fewer candidates than the number of seats remaining to be filled, in such a way as to reduce the difference between the number of councillors of each sex.
