Article L4753-2 of the French Labour Code

Employing a worker under the age of eighteen in one or more of the prohibited activities provided for in Article L. 4153-8 and the regulatory provisions adopted for its application, or in regulated activities provided for in Article L. 4153-9, in disregard of the conditions set out in that same article and the regulatory provisions adopted for its application, is punishable by a fine of 2,000 euros per worker concerned.
