Chapter V: Breaches of the rules concerning the design, manufacture and marketing of work equipment and personal protective equipment

As an exception to the first paragraph of Article L. 4751-1, the fines provided for in this chapter shall be imposed and recovered by the competent market surveillance authority, under the conditions defined in Articles L. 8115-4, L. 8115-5, with the exception of its third paragraph, L. 8115-6 and L. 8115-7, on the report of one of the officers mentioned in Articles L. 4311-6 or L. 4314-1.

Article L. 4751-2 does not apply to this chapter.

The procedures for applying this chapter shall be laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
