The Labour Inspectorate control officers mentioned in Article L. 8112-1 and assimilated control officers record infringements in official reports, which are valid until proven otherwise. These reports are sent to the public prosecutor. A copy is also sent to the representative of the State in the département. The provisions of article L. 8113-7 do not apply to the State, local authorities and their public administrative establishments. A decree in the Council of State shall determine the conditions under which the findings of the labour inspection officers mentioned in article L. 8112-1 in these establishments shall be communicated by the Minister responsible for labour to the administrations concerned.
