Subsection 3: Specific provisions applicable when the amount of eligible damage exceeds six million euros excluding tax

Article R1613-15 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Where the amount of eligible damage exceeds six million euros excluding taxes, the maximum total amount of assistance provided by the solidarity grant for the equipment of local authorities and their groupings affected by climatic or geological events is equal to the product of the total amount of damage eligible for compensation multiplied by a rate that may not exceed 60%.
