Within one month of the forwarding of the provisional document on the management of jobs and staff appropriations provided for in the first two paragraphs of article A. 114-5, the regional director responsible for youth and sports issues an opinion on the sustainability of the centre’s staff costs and compliance with its employment authorisations.
