The failure by a professional seller or service provider to provide any interested party who so requests with a copy of the agreements that he usually offers, in disregard of the provisions of article L. 114-1, is punishable by the fines laid down for 5th class offences. Recidivism is punishable in accordance with the provisions of articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the Penal Code.
