Section 3: Provisions common to consumer credit and home loans

Any person who remunerates or causes to be remunerated a seller of movable or immovable property under conditions contrary to the provisions of the third paragraph of article L. 314-23 is punishable by the fine laid down for 5th class offences.

A failure by the lender or intermediary to comply with its obligations under the provisions of articles L. 314-24 and L. 314-25 is punishable by the fine laid down for a 5th class offence.

A repeat offence of the offences punishable under articles R. 341-20 to R. 341-26 is punished in accordance with the provisions of articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the Penal Code.
