Chapter II: Specific recognition of associations

The composition of the file and the procedures for examining applications for specific recognition are set by order of the minister responsible for consumer affairs. The decision is notified to the association within a maximum of four months.

The list of consumer defence associations benefiting from the specific recognition provided for in Article R. 812-1 is updated and made available to the public on a website run by the Minister for Consumer Affairs.
