The laboratory is subject to the provisions of Titles I and III of Decree 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budgetary and accounting management, with the exception of 1° and 2° of Article 175 and Articles 178 to 185,204 to 208 and 220 to 228.

Revenue and imprest accounts may be set up in the establishment under the conditions laid down in the decree no. 2019-798 of 26 July 2019 on the revenue and imprest accounts of public bodies.

The laboratory is subject to the economic and financial control of the State provided for by the décret n° 53-707 du 9 août 1953 relatif au contrôle de l’Etat dans les entreprises publiques nationales et certains organismes ayant un objet d’ordre économique et social et par le décret n° 55-733 du26 mai 1955 relatif au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat.
