The condition of two years’ professional activity mentioned in 4° of article L. 1441-7 is assessed within the ten years preceding the candidacy.

The condition of two years’ professional activity mentioned in 4° of article L. 1441-7 is assessed within the ten years preceding the candidacy.
All applications submitted for the same person in disregard of 1° and 2° of article L. 1441-9 are inadmissible.
The specific delegation of authority referred to in 3° of article L. 1441-12 and 2° of article L. 1441-13, enabling professional and managerial staff to be registered in the employers’ section, may take the form of a specific document or be included in the employment contract. In the absence of such a delegation, professional and managerial staff may only be candidates in the management section of the employees’ college.
Pursuant to article L. 1422-2, employees and employers working on the site of an aerodrome within the jurisdiction of an industrial tribunal are candidates for this tribunal.
