The application for approval, accompanied by a file drawn up in accordance with article R. 323-1, is sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Minister of Culture, who issues a receipt. Any change in the status or general regulations, or any cessation of function of a member of the governing and deliberative bodies of an approved organisation shall be communicated to the Minister responsible for culture within fifteen days of the corresponding decision. Failure to notify may result in withdrawal of approval.

The list of approved organisations is published annually by the Minister for Culture. .
