Subsection 1: Member and former member of the staff delegation of the inter-company social and economic committee

The dismissal of a member of the staff delegation of the inter-company social and economic committee may only take place with the authorisation of the labour inspector. This authorisation is also required during the six months following the expiry of the term of office as a member of the staff delegation of the inter-company social and economic committee or the disappearance of the institution.
