Article L310-10-1 of the French Insurance Code

The undertakings mentioned in 3° of I of Article L. 310-2 are foreign undertakings having their registered office in the Swiss Confederation and mentioned in 2° and 3° of Article L. 310-1. For the application of this book, the companies mentioned in the previous paragraph are subject to the same provisions as companies which have their registered office in a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
