Chapter II: Provisions relating to the freezing of assets and the prohibition on making assets available to third parties

The persons referred to in Article L. 562-4 are prohibited from making funds or economic resources available, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of persons whose funds or economic resources are subject to a freezing order pursuant to Articles L. 562-2, L. 562-3, L. 562-3-1, L. 712-4 or L. 712-10.

The persons referred to in article L. 562-4 are prohibited from knowingly and intentionally participating in activities the purpose or effect of which is to circumvent the measures taken pursuant to this chapter and articles L. 712-4 and L. 712-10.

The prohibitions laid down in this chapter shall not prevent the payment of funds into accounts held with persons referred to in Article L. 561-2, whose funds are frozen pursuant to Articles L. 562-2, L. 562-3, L. 562-3-1, L. 712-4 or L. 712-10. The persons referred to in Article L. 562-4 who credit an account whose funds are frozen shall inform the Minister for the Economy without delay.

The freezing orders and prohibitions provided for in Articles L. 562-2, L. 562-3, L. 562-3-1, L. 562-5, L. 712-4 and L. 712-10 or the freezing measures implemented by virtue of acts taken in application of Article 29 of the Treaty on European Union or Article 75 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union may, at the request of the Minister for the Economy, be published in the…
