The obligations set out in Articles L. 521-2 to L. 521-4 do not apply to the presentation of a contract covering the risks mentioned in Article L. 111-6 or a reinsurance treaty.

The information provided by the distributor to the subscriber pursuant to Articles L. 521-2 to L. 521-4 and L. 522-1 to L. 522-6 shall be provided on paper.
