Section I: Obligation to register.

In order to carry out the business of insurance or reinsurance distribution, intermediaries and intermediaries on an ancillary basis in the categories mentioned in 1° to 4° of I of article R. 511-2 are registered in the register mentioned in article L. 512-1.
