Section II: Special inspection procedures relating to professional competence.

Proof of professional competence as provided for in article I of article L. 511-2 must be provided by presenting one of the following documents, as appropriate: a) The training booklet defined in article R. 514-4 ; b) Training certificate referred to in article R. 514-5 ; c) Certificate of employment ; d) Diploma, title or certificate mentioned in articles R. 512-9, R. 512-10 and R. 512-12.

The training booklet, signed by the persons with whom the training was carried out, includes as an appendix the results of the skills assessment referred to in II of article R. 512-11. It is returned to its holder as soon as possible.

The training certificate is signed by the person responsible for the training. It is given to the holder at the end of the training course.
