The annual fees provided for in Article L. 612-19 which are due for the European patent must be paid under the conditions provided for in Article 141 of the European Patent Convention. The fees payable referred to in the third paragraph of Article R. 614-5 are the filing fee and, where applicable, the fee for drawing up the search report provided for in article R. 612-5. In the case provided for in the third paragraph of article L. 614-6, the royalty provided for in article R. 612-5, 2°, is not payable.

The publication of each of the translations and revised translations referred to in Articles R. 614-11 and R. 614-12 shall give rise to the payment of a fee payable when the translation is submitted.

Fees shall be charged for the preparation and transmission of the copies of the European patent application referred to in Article 136(2) of the European Patent Convention.

The provisions of articles R. 411-19 to R. 411-26 and R. 618-1 to R. 618-3 are applicable to the decisions, notification and time limits provided for in articles R. 614-1 to R. 614-19.
