The in-company training situations covering phases of supervising the public, determined in the educational process for the vocational certificate, vocational diploma, State diploma or higher State diploma in youth, popular education and sport or complementary certificates, are set up by the approved training body, under the responsibility of a tutor.

Persons undergoing training preparing for a vocational certificate, vocational diploma, State diploma or higher State diploma in youth, popular education and sport or complementary certificates must, in a sandwich course structure and under the conditions laid down by the regulations for these diplomas, be placed under the authority of a tutor and have met the requirements prior to being placed in a professional situation.
