The subject, nature, procedures and duration of the certification tests delegated to the training body in application of article R. 212-10-8 are set by the regional director of youth, sport and social cohesion in the authorisation decision.
The members of the jury or experts mentioned in article R. 212-10-2 must inform the regional director of youth, sport and social cohesion immediately of any failure to comply with the certification tests delegated to the training organisation. In this case, the regional director of youth, sport and social cohesion may ask the training body to organise the certification test(s) again for the candidate(s) concerned.
