Subsection 1: General provisions

The parties to an administrative contract may have recourse to a third party conciliator or mediator, under the conditions laid down by the Chapters Iand II du titre II du livre IV du code des relations entre le public et l’administration.

The parties to a private law contract may have recourse to a third party conciliator or mediator, under the conditions laid down by the provisions of Chapter I of Title VI of Book I and Chapter II of Title I of Book V of the Code of Civil Procedure.
