Section 2: Deadlines for submission of tenders

Where tenders can only be submitted following a visit to the place where the contract is to be performed or after on-the-spot consultation of additional documents, the time limit for the receipt of tenders shall be set in such a way as to allow the economic operators concerned to acquaint themselves with the information necessary for the submission of their tender.
