Subsection 1: Deadline for receipt of applications

The concession-granting authority shall set the time limit for receipt of applications, depending in particular on the nature, amount and characteristics of the works or services required of the concessionaire.The minimum time limit for receipt of applications, accompanied, where applicable, by tenders, shall be:1° Thirty days from the date on which the concession notice is sent;2° Twenty-five days where the concession-granting authority accepts that applications be sent to it electronically.

Where applications can only be submitted following a visit to the site where the contract is to be performed or after on-site consultation of additional documents, the deadline for receipt of applications shall be set so as to allow the economic operators concerned to familiarise themselves with the information required to submit their applications.
