Where the use of electronic means of communication is required, the purchaser may require that tenders be presented in the form of an electronic catalogue or that they include such a catalogue.

Where the use of electronic means of communication is required, the purchaser may require that tenders be presented in the form of an electronic catalogue or that they include such a catalogue.
The purchaser shall indicate in the contract notice, in the invitation to confirm interest or in the invitation to tender whether it authorises or requires the submission of tenders in the form of an electronic catalogue.It shall also specify, in the consultation documents, all the information required concerning the format, the electronic equipment used and the connection arrangements and technical specifications of the catalogue.
Electronic catalogues shall be drawn up by candidates or tenderers in accordance with the technical specifications and format provided by the purchaser. They shall comply with the requirements applicable to electronic means of communication and any additional requirements defined by the purchaser in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2132-1 to R. 2132-7 and R. 2132-11 to R. 2132-13.
