The notices mentioned in article R. 2131-4 are not published on the buyer profile. However, an additional publication may be made on the buyer profile, under the conditions set out in articles R. 2131-19 and R. 2131-20.

The maximum period of validity of the notices mentioned in article R. 2131-4 which constitute a call for competition is twelve months from the date of transmission of the notice for publication.
