Subsection 1: General provisions

The public establishments mentioned in this chapter participate in the implementation of the policy defined by the Minister for Sport. They are placed under the supervision of the Minister and, unless otherwise stipulated, are constituted as public administrative establishments. Performance contracts signed with the Minister for Sport determine the national objectives set for each establishment.
