When it has not been possible to verify the housing conditions because the applicant does not yet have the necessary accommodation at the time of application, family reunification may be authorised if the other conditions are met and after the mayor has verified the characteristics of the accommodation and the date on which it will be available to the applicant. .

The conditions for the application of this chapter shall be laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
