The Cour nationale du droit d’asile is an administrative court, under the authority of a president, a Conseiller d’Etat, appointed by the Vice-President of the Conseil d’Etat.
The National Court of Asylum hears appeals against the decisions referred to in Articles L. 532-1 and L. 532-4.
