To enable them to exercise their rights effectively, foreign nationals held in a detention facility may benefit from the assistance of a legal entity, at their request or at the latter’s initiative, under conditions defined by an agreement concluded by the Prefect or, in Paris, by the Police Prefect.In each detention facility, this assistance is provided by a single legal entity.
