Section 4: Exit

When accommodation is terminated pursuant to Articles L. 551-11, L. 551-12, L. 551-14 or L. 551-16, the French Office for Immigration and Integration shall immediately inform the manager of the place accommodating the person concerned, specifying the date by which they must leave the place of accommodation.

As soon as the information provided for in Article R. 552-11 has been received, the manager of the accommodation shall inform the person accommodated of the date by which they must leave. .

The person accommodated may request to remain in the place of accommodation beyond the date of the decision to leave the place of accommodation taken by the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration pursuant to articles L. 551-11 or L. 551-13, under the following conditions:1° If they have been recognised as a refugee or granted subsidiary protection, they may ask to be kept in the accommodation until a solution…

When the person has not left the place of accommodation by the date mentioned in Article R. 552-12 or, where applicable, by the end of the period stipulated in Article R. 552-13, the manager implements the exit decision taken by the French Office for Immigration and Integration. The manager will inform the Office and the Prefect of the département in which the accommodation is located. .
