Section 5: Foreign nationals in seasonal employment

The competent authorities shall provide the seasonal worker with written information on his or her rights and obligations under Directive 2014/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals for the purposes of employment as a seasonal worker, including appeal procedures.

By way of derogation from article R. 432-2, silence kept by the administrative authority on the application for a multi-annual residence permit bearing the wording “seasonal worker” provided for in article L. 421-34 gives rise to an implicit decision to reject after a period of ninety days.
