Article R421-59 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The competent authorities shall provide the seasonal worker with written information on his or her rights and obligations under Directive 2014/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals for the purposes of employment as a seasonal worker, including appeal procedures.

Les autorités compétentes fournissent au travailleur saisonnier des informations écrites relatives à ses droits et obligations au titre de la directive 2014/36/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 26 février 2014 établissant les conditions d’entrée et de séjour des ressortissants de pays tiers aux fins d’un emploi en tant que travailleur saisonnier, y compris les procédures de recours.
