If the attestation d’accueil is signed by a French national or by a foreign national exempted from the obligation to hold a residence permit pursuant to article L. 221-1, it shall include, in addition to the information provided for in article R. 313-6, an indication of the place and date of issue of a document establishing the identity and nationality of the latter.

If the attestation d’accueil is signed by a foreign national who is not exempt from the requirement to hold a residence permit, it will include, in addition to the information specified in article R. 313-6, an indication of the place, date of issue and period of validity of the signatory’s residence permit.
