Section 7: Economic weighting studies

An order of the Minister responsible for the chambers of commerce and industry sets, by reference to the nomenclatures of activities and products of the Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques, the composition of the professional categories provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 713-11. .

Personal data collected and used by territorial and regional chambers of commerce and industry in connection with the preparation of the study provided for in article R. 713-66 shall not be interconnected with any other files. It is kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the study for which it is collected and is not used for any other purpose.
