Committee meetings are not open to the public. The committee may hear any person whose testimony it deems likely to contribute to its information. This is expressly stated in the decision.

Committee members are bound by an obligation of discretion with regard to documents and information of which they have been made aware.

The commission’s decisions are enforceable if, within a period of one month, its chairman has not requested a second deliberation. Once enforceable, the commission’s decisions are notified to the parties to the negotiation of the collective agreement or specific agreement in question by letter delivered against signature or any other means capable of establishing proof of the date of presentation.
