Article L721-14 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

In Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the Institut d’émission des départements d’outre-mer (French overseas departments note-issuing bank) is responsible for centralising information used to identify accounts of all kinds held by natural and legal persons, as well as safe deposit box rentals.
